• To provide high quality holistic nursing education and training of the highest grade to both male and female students thereby equipping them to provide best possible care for those who are ailing and need medical assistance. The duty also includes providing assistance during natural, manmade disasters or fatal accidents.

• Promoting health in community through effective medical and nursing services in remote villages, opening new avenues for social change and setting up new examples of service to humanity.

• The council believes that it has a responsibility in helping the students to develop pride in their profession besides keeping them abreast with current knowledge and professional trends in this field for successful career ahead.
