Admission Procedure

The GNM Diploma course Admission Procedure details :

1. Application forms and prospectus can be obtained from 01st May till 30th June by paying Rs. 500.00 (amount subject to change)

2. Submit completed form in his/her own handwriting with attached requirement.

3. Complete application form must be submitted by 15th July . After this time no form will be accepted.

4. Attach attested photostate copy of the following : Marksheet of 10th and 12th board examination.

Note : Do not send original documents by post but the original would be checked at the time of interview.

5. Attach one recent passport size photo.

6. Attach complete medical certificate.

7. For selection interview :
(a) Candidates must come on set date at their own expense and own arrangement for lodging and boarding.

(b) Selection committee will make final selection from group of candidates interviewed. (The decision of the KANS is final)

(c) Selected candidates will be informed in September and requested to submit fees Rs. 5000/- to secure his/her seat in the class. This fee is not refundable.

8. All candidates accepted will have a three month period of probation which is a part of the three and half years course.

9. School authorities have the right to take disciplinary action for any student whose conduct is not acceptable for Nursing.

10. Any change concerning Nursing education made by the examination board will be followed by all general Nursing student and faculty.

11. All Nursing students living in the hostel must abide by the school and hostel rules.
